HOW SIP IS HELPING FLATTEN THE CURVE

How SiP is Helping Flatten the Curve

The Novel Coronavirus disease, officially designated as COVID-19, is a highly infectious disease that has ravaged countries around the world, making it one of the most prominent and deadliest pandemics since the Spanish Influenza. The Philippines is no exception. In a span of a month, the whole country has turned upside down with economy at a standstill with people from varying statures in society urged to stay indoors because of a mandated lockdown by the government.

Stylist in Pocket, a premiere personal styling service and a rising corporate uniform supplier in the Philippines, aims to uplift the lives of thousands of Filipinos by helping them achieve their desired style and look everywhere they go, all the while saving them both time and money.

With this mission serving as a key guide to our endeavors, we at Stylist in Pocket would not just stand idly by as the pandemic claims Filipino lives. Our company has been working tirelessly to create hundreds, and soon thousands, of washable masks using monique fabric that’s in line with WHO guidelines. As of this blog post, we now have donated quality face masks to various hospitals such as Makati Medical Center, St. Luke’s Medical Center, and UST hospital - to name a few. We also answered the call of Manila Protective Gear Sewing Club by producing PPE Hazmat suits from donated materials, which will also be distributed to the different health centers.

Our manufacturers, together with our team of designers, have worked around the clock to ensure that all masks will be delivered to hospitals on time.

In light of the global pandemic that is COVID-19, Stylist in Pocket is overjoyed to have contributed to helping #FlattenTheCurve by equipping our frontliners with the appropriate PPEs.
