Make sure that you
are logged in your Stylist in Pocket account.
On the left navigation side bar,
Click Return/Exchange for the order you wish to return or exchange
If you request for item return
I. Click “Return”
II. Provide reason for returning. Let us know how we can better improve!
If you request for item exchange
I. Click “Exchange”
II. Choose your new preferred size
When you’re done,
Review request and submit
Pick up summary
Drop Off summary
View status of request
You may view the status of your Return/Exchange request under the Return/Exchange table. You will see the status on a per item level upon clicking the list icon
